Talk to 24K Design Studio

Tell us what you are building and we will tell you whether we are the right studio for it. The quickest route is the enquiry form below. If you would rather talk first, call during Singapore business hours. Either way, expect questions rather than a sales pitch.

Enquiries arrive during Singapore business hours and are answered in the order they land. Anything with a fixed deadline moves up the list.

Send a project brief

Use the form to describe your project. What the business does, who buys from you, what is failing now, and what you want to change. If you have a deadline tied to an event or season, include it. Attach or link any brand assets, analytics, or sites you like. Short and specific beats long and polished; we will ask for anything missing.

Web design quotes depend on scope, so the brief does the heavy lifting. A paragraph about your catalogue, your checkout, or the screens your team actually uses gives us enough to come back with a real number instead of a range.

What helps most

  • A link to your current site, or the platform it runs on
  • Your rough budget range, which helps us scope honestly
  • Who signs off on the work once it is delivered
  • Whether brand assets, copy, or photography already exist

Your brief goes to the studio inbox only. See the Privacy Policy for how enquiries are stored.

What happens after you send it

You get a reply with questions, usually within a few working days. Then a scoped proposal with stages, timeline, and itemised costs. If your project is not a fit, you get that answer too, along with a pointer to the kind of team that would suit better. No proposal comes out of the first reply; scope needs thought.

Call the studio

Phone 4753848846 during Singapore business hours. Useful for quick questions about fit, timelines, or whether your project is a web build, a store, an app, or brand work. If you already know you need a written scope, the form is faster because it captures the details in one place.

Visit or post

61 Upper Paya Lebar Road, Tat Wan Building, #05-02, Singapore 534816. Meetings are by appointment, so message ahead. If you are sending documents, email [email protected] and include your project name in the subject line so nothing gets lost.

What to include in your brief

Your business and what it sells. The problem you want solved, in plain words. Any deadline. Your rough budget range if you have one, which helps us scope honestly. Who will approve the work. Whether you have brand assets, copy, or photography already. Existing platform and hosting details if there is a current site.

You do not need a formal document. A few clear paragraphs answer most of it, and anything you leave out is usually something we would have asked about anyway.

Brief checklist
  • The business What you sell, who buys it, and how orders or enquiries reach you today.
  • The problem In plain words, what is failing now and what you want to change.
  • Deadline Any fixed date, even a rough one, so the plan starts from the right end.
  • Budget range Optional, but it keeps the proposal close to something you would actually sign.
  • Approvals Who decides, and whether anyone else needs to review before launch.
  • Assets Logo files, copy, photography, or product data you already have ready.
  • Platform and hosting What the current site runs on, who holds the domain, and where it is hosted.

For e-commerce and app enquiries

Stores and apps get scoped differently from a marketing site, so a little extra detail up front saves a round of questions. Here is what we look at first in each case.

Card payment terminal on a studio counter during an e-commerce project handover

Payment for store projects settles by invoice or bank transfer, cash on delivery where offered, or card in person at pickup. We do not set up online card gateways.

For an online store

  • How many products sit in the catalogue now, and how many you expect to add.
  • How orders are fulfilled, and who packs and ships them.
  • What shipping and returns look like for your customers today.
  • Whether you sell single items, variants, or bundles.

For a mobile app

  • Whether it is an internal tool for your team or customer-facing.
  • What the first release must do, and what can wait for a later version.
  • Who the users are and what they need to finish in one sitting.
  • Any system it has to talk to, such as your store or accounting tools.

Not sure whether your idea is a store, an app, or both? Say so in the brief. Deciding that together is part of the first conversation, and it often changes what the first release should contain.

Questions before you write

Three things people ask most often before sending a brief. If your question is not here, put it in the form and we will answer it with the reply.

How quickly will I hear back?

Usually within a few working days. Enquiries with a clear brief and a deadline get answered first.

Is the first call free?

Yes. The initial conversation is about understanding your project and whether we are a fit.

Do you charge for proposals?

No. Scoping and the written proposal are part of the enquiry process.

Ready when your brief is

Send the form if you already know what you need. Call if you would rather talk it through first. Either route reaches the same small team, and both start with questions about your business rather than a pitch about ours.
