What this policy covers
The operator is 24K Design Studio Pte Ltd, 61 Upper Paya Lebar Road, Tat Wan Building, #05-02, Singapore 534816. The policy applies to 24kdesign.digital and to enquiries you send us through the site or by email.
It does not cover third-party websites we link to, or services you reach from our pages. Those sites publish their own privacy notices, and you should read them before sharing data there.
Scope
Enquiries sent through the site, by email, or by phone, plus the technical records our servers keep while the site runs.
What is not covered
Third-party sites we link to, and any platform you reach from our pages. Those services set their own terms and cookie rules.
Who to ask
Send privacy questions to [email protected] with enough detail for us to identify your record and the request you are making.
Current version
The version published on this page is the one in force. When we update the policy, the new text replaces the old on the same page.
Data we collect
When you submit an enquiry form, we collect the details you enter. In most cases that means your name, email address, phone number, company, and the content of your message. If you send the same information by email or give it over the phone, we record it in the same way so the conversation stays in one place.
What we collect
Where it comes from
What it is used for
Name and company
The enquiry form on the site, or an email you send us
To address you correctly and understand which organisation the project is for
Email address and phone number
The enquiry form, email, or a call you make to the studio
To reply to your message and continue the conversation through your preferred channel
Your message and attachments
What you type or attach when you write to us
To understand the request, scope a possible project, and keep a record of what was discussed
Technical information
Recorded automatically by our servers while you browse
IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and basic site operation
We ask for the minimum needed to answer you. If a field is not relevant to your request, leave it out. We do not ask for payment details through the site, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
Enquiry details are used to respond to your message, scope a possible project, and keep a record of the conversation. Technical information is used to keep the site working, detect abuse, and understand which pages are used.
We process enquiry data because you have asked us to respond to you, and technical data for our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Where consent is required, it is obtained at the point you submit the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Read the terms of serviceHow each purpose is handled
-
Answering your enquiry
We read your message, reply to the contact details you gave us, and keep the thread while the conversation is open. If you ask us to stop, we stop replying and remove the record unless a legal reason to keep it applies.
-
Scoping a possible project
If the enquiry turns into a project discussion, the same record is used to prepare a scope, an estimate, and a schedule. Nothing is added to your record from other sources without telling you.
-
Running the site securely
Server logs help us spot broken pages, repeated failed requests, and other behaviour that threatens the site. These logs are looked at in aggregate, not to build a profile of you.
-
Understanding which pages are used
Basic analytics tell us which pages people read and where they leave. We use that to decide what to rewrite or remove, not to target advertising at you.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers who help us operate the site, such as hosting and email providers, and only to the extent needed for that work. Those providers act on our instructions and are expected to protect what they handle.
We may also disclose data where required by Singapore law, in response to a valid legal request, or where it is necessary to protect our legal rights or the safety of others. If a disclosure is required, we share only what the request actually covers.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting project, and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Technical logs are kept for a shorter period. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
If you want a record removed sooner, write to [email protected]. We will confirm what we hold and remove it unless a legal or accounting obligation requires us to keep it for longer.
Where data goes
- Our email provider, so your enquiry reaches the studio inbox and replies go back to you.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and the server logs that keep it running.
- Authorities, only where Singapore law requires disclosure or a valid legal request is served.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we do not pass enquiry details to advertising networks.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion where there is no overriding legal reason to keep it. You can also ask us to restrict how we use your data while a request is being looked at.
To make a request, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to identify your record — your name, the email address you used, and what you want changed. We will reply to the address on the record so the request stays with the right person.
Write to the studioAccess
Ask what we hold about you. We describe the categories of data, why we have it, and who it has been shared with.
Correction
Tell us what is wrong or out of date, and we will update the record. If we disagree, we explain why in our reply.
Deletion
Ask us to remove your enquiry record. We delete it unless an accounting, tax, or legal duty requires us to keep it longer.
Withdrawing consent
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. We then stop that use of your data and confirm what changes.
Cookies and third parties
The site may use cookies for basic functionality and analytics. The details are set out in the cookie policy, which lists the categories we use and what each one does. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and blocking the functional ones may change how parts of the site behave.
Embedded third-party content, such as maps or video, may set its own cookies. We do not control those cookies and cannot read them. If you want to know what a third party stores, check that provider's own privacy notice.
Security, changes, and contact
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls on our systems and limits on who inside the studio can read an enquiry record. No transmission over the internet is entirely secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection, and we would rather tell you that plainly than overstate it.
This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page, and the date of the last change sits with the text so you can see when it moved. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you at the contact details on your record.
