Summary

The site is provided as a general introduction to our design and development services. Project work begins only when both sides sign a written proposal.

Separate written agreement

How to read these terms

This page sets out the rules for browsing 24kdesign.digital and for sending us an enquiry. It does not describe project work: pricing, deliverables, revision rounds, and payment schedules live in the written proposal we prepare for your project. Read the sections below in order if you want the full picture, or jump straight to the clause you need using the list in the panel above.

Three points come up most often. Browsing the site costs nothing and creates no obligation on either side. A proposal, once signed, replaces anything general you read here. And questions about the wording are welcome — write to us and we will explain how a clause applies to your situation.

At a glance

  • Using the site is free and does not start a contract.
  • Site text, images, layout, and code stay with the studio or its clients.
  • Project scope, timeline, and fees are agreed in writing before work starts.
  • Singapore law governs these terms.

Use of the site

Browsing and fair use

You may view and use the site for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or engaging our services. That includes reading our service pages, sending an enquiry, and sharing a link with a colleague who is deciding on a website or app project.

You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, submit false information through any form, or use automated tools to scrape content without written permission. If you want to quote a passage from this site in a proposal, article, or internal document, ask first — we usually say yes and ask only for a credit and a link.

Text, images, layout, and code on this site belong to 24K Design Studio Pte Ltd or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without written consent. Client work shown on the site remains the property of the respective client, and any request to reuse a client project must be cleared with that client as well as with us.

Screenshots and photographs of delivered work are published to show the range of what the studio builds. If you are a client and would prefer a project not appear here, tell us and we will remove it. Personal browsing, printing a page for your own reference, and linking to the site are all fine.

Client work on this site

What you see here is published with permission

Websites, mobile apps, online stores, and brand material shown in our work pages were produced for named clients. Each project remains the client's property; we publish it to illustrate capability, not to transfer any right. If you plan to reference a project in your own material, contact us and we will tell you who holds the relevant rights.

Enquiries and proposals

From question to signed scope

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any project work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement setting out scope, timeline, costs, and payment terms. Information on this site is general and does not constitute a quote or an offer.

In practice the sequence is simple. You describe the project, we ask a few questions about audience, content, and timeline, and then we send a proposal that lists deliverables, the number of revision rounds, what we need from you, and when payment falls due. Nothing is owed on either side until that document is signed. If a proposal expires, we can reissue it with current rates.

What this page is, and what a proposal is

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that content is complete, current, or free of errors, or that the site will be uninterrupted or free of harmful components. Nothing on this site should be relied on as professional advice for your specific circumstances.

This website

  • General descriptions of web design, mobile app, e-commerce, and graphic design services.
  • Examples of past work published with client permission.
  • Indicative guidance only — no prices, no delivery dates, no commitment to take on a project.
  • No professional advice for your particular business, market, or legal obligations.

A signed proposal

  • Named deliverables: pages, screens, or brand assets to be produced.
  • Timeline with milestones and the revision rounds included.
  • Fees, invoicing schedule, and what counts as additional work.
  • Ownership and handover terms for the finished files.

Limitation of liability

Where responsibility stops

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, 24K Design Studio Pte Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid, if any, for use of the site.

Nothing in this section limits rights you have under Singapore law that cannot be waived by agreement. If a clause here is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to apply.

Changes and governing law

The current version applies

We may update these terms at any time; the current version is always published on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

When we make a material change we update the date shown at the top of this page so you can tell which version you are reading. Terms attached to a signed proposal are not affected by updates to this page.

Common questions

Do I accept these terms just by visiting the site? Open

Yes. Using the site means you accept the version published here at that moment. If you disagree with any part of it, the remedy is to stop using the site.

Does sending an enquiry commit me to anything? Open

No. An enquiry starts a conversation. Costs, scope, and timing are only binding once a written proposal is signed by both sides.

Can I reuse text or images from this site? Open

Not for commercial purposes without written consent. Ask us first, and for client projects we will also confirm whether the client needs to approve the reuse.

What happens if these terms change after I sign a proposal? Open

Nothing changes for you. Your project continues under the signed agreement, which is separate from the website terms published here.
